Starting November 13, 2023, the City of Chicago Water Department is relocating its in-person services and billing asisstance to City Hall.
The Full Payment Certificate (FPC) in-person services and billing assistance will have a new home at City Hall, Room 107, 121 N. La Salle St. This is a strategic move for enhanced accessibility.
